Lunch in the City

Sarah, Luke and I met Grant for lunch in the city today. We caught the bus in - for some added excitement! I guess a bus trip would have been more exciting for them if they didn't go to school by bus every day, but they seemed very happy to be going on an outing which entailed crossing the bridge sitting high up in a bus, with the promise of a Mexican meal on the other side!

After lunch we went and had a look at the train station which is across the street from the bus stop. It's a great station. We'll be using the train on Saturday when we go to the Springbok/All Black rugby match at Eden Park. Apparently traffic and parking is hectic around the stadium for big games so we thought we'd be clever and use public transport.

Here's a view out of the bus window, going over the bridge, on the way home.
